This is a Kanas City BBQ Society sanctioned event. We are the only State championship in Idaho. There is over 30 competitors that come from all over the West and Midwest. You will be able to sample world class BBQ from some of the BEST in the Country. This event has something for all.. good bands playing, local breweries, local retail vendors, face painting for the kids and of course food vendors.
